The project scope and requirements were clear: significantly upgrade the audio portion of our family room video set-up without killer expense or upsetting my wife's aesthetic sensibility (listening room / office is all mine for aesthetic, rest of the house, not so much :)). Out went the old, but decent, stereo amp and a pair of well known and highly praised but LIFELESS budget speakers, in came a trio of VS's to go with the in-place Caldera sub (for a 3.1 system) and KAPOW! Life in the audio portion, dialog clarity, frequency extension, and more, fitting at last for the picture on an LG OLED TV. Mission accomplished thanks to Mark and his crazy helpful way of doing business. Buy a pair. Buy 6 pairs and give 5 away. You can't go wrong and what a great speaker for the budding audiophile in your life.
Once this unit is hooked up and balanced, its tough to beat for value. It makes cheap speakers sound better and better speakers punch way above their weight class. Very solid and versatile piece of kit. Glad to own it.
So…
I plugged the Mainstream and Subway, sat and, well nothing! No change at all. A little disappointed to say the least. And then, literally a couple minutes later it began and increased over the rest of the evening. By the end of the week I was astounded and promptly ordered two more! Improvements across the board, most noticeable was a greater musicality, richness and body to the music. More natural, less harsh or forced.
When the second set arrived it was the same thing. With two pairs in my system now, it’s a component level change. Once of the best improvements for the costs ever. Thank you
I had check-boxed fuses off as a facet I wouldn't bother toiling over after 'sampling' a couple Hifi fuses and coming back to the stock fuse the manufacturer supplied and used while designing and trialing their product on both counts.
In short, I had come to the conclusion that Hifi fuses are not for me as both added coloration.
Enter the SFDB. It works without adding coloration. Everything opens up, is more resolved and dynamic, and with a noticeable drop in 'digitus'. I am not a believer in Hifi fuses, but can hence highly recommend the SFDB.
Additionally, communication with Mark, and others at Vera-Fi Audio, has been a pleasure.
After integrating both the SnubWay and Main Stream into my system for an extended period, I can confidently say they have become indispensable components in my setup. From the very beginning, the improvements in low-frequency articulation and control were immediately apparent. The bass not only gained in weight and presence but also exhibited a remarkable refinement, offering better layering and definition without overwhelming the rest of the spectrum.
The SnubWay contributes by subtly reducing background noise, allowing micro-details and textural nuances to surface more effortlessly. Meanwhile, the Main Stream enhances the power delivery with a natural, unforced energy, resulting in an organic flow to the music that feels both more vivid and coherent.
What impresses me most is the way these two devices elevate the emotional engagement of listening sessions. The system now breathes more easily, with a blacker background, sharper imaging, and a more lifelike presentation across genres—from classical orchestration to complex jazz ensembles.
It is rare to encounter accessories that make such a profound impact without altering the core character of the system. I am truly grateful to Mark for offering these outstanding products, which have taken my system's performance to a new level of musical realism and immersion.
I purchased the this little subwoofer after watching several YouTube videos where the reviewers were impressed by the build quality and sound. With a 3 year warranty, I felt I had nothing to lose, so I bought it. When I hooked it up, something wasn’t right, so I called Veri-Fi Audio customer service and left a message. The owner of the company soon returned my call and walked me through some steps which had the sub working perfectly. I am very happy with the sound of this unit and plan to keep it. I am even more impressed with the service I received. Dedication to customer satisfaction is rare these days, and Mark from Veri-Fi Audio has made me a life-long fan! I will be buying more products from them soon.
That's nothing to be said. Fantastic products and still purchase more.
Howard.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I initially ordered a SDFB and graphene sluggo for my DAC. After reading many positive user reviews and speaking to a dealer in my area who recommended them highly, I decided to take a chance and place an order with Mark.
After an easy installation process, I was quite shocked with the sound improvement. Vocals are now much more present, improved separation, soundstage and depth/layering. The music flows from my speakers with a relaxed ease. I was so impressed with the results, I immediately ordered 3 more. One for my preamp, power amp and switch. Each fuse box made noticeable improvements in my system, especially the ones on my DAC and switch. Very impressive performance improvement for a relatively low cost compared to the other components in my system. The only negative thing I can say about the fuse box is if you try one, you may end up wanting one for each component in your system!
Everything you've read but Mark in the other reviews is absolutely true. He's a truly wonderful guy to deal with. He was always quick to respond to all my messages and went out of his way to ensure I got the properly configured fuse boxes for each of my components. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send him a message, he's a real pleasure to deal with.
Vera-Fi Audio has quickly become one of my favourite Hi-Fi companies in 2025. Highly recommended!
I received fuses a month ago for three Pass Lab amplifiers used in dual amplification: two Pass 60.5 XA for low frequencies and one Pass 30.5 XA for high frequencies. After changing the fuses I can say that the swisse box do a very good job. At first I used them with gold sluggoes, already with very good results, at a later time I replaced them with graphene sluggoes (obtained on very good terms and being able to take advantage of an offer although I had bought them a few weeks earlier). Thank you Mark I appreciated this sales ethic in a profit-driven world.
I must preface this by saying that what convinced me to purchase, beyond the enthusiastic comments I read on these pages, was the logic behind this project. Those who, like me, compose their systems with countless electrical devices often get the result of both enhancement and degradation. In addition to EMI and RFI interference, ground loops, and noise generated by each device that is added, one should not forget the degradation caused by these funnels that are the fuses that actually multiply the bottlenecks in the acoustic signal path in proportion to their use: in my case a cascade of switches, a Clock, a streamer, a DCC, a converter, a preamplifier, and three power amplifiers. The project of removing these bottlenecks seemed to me a simple and enlightened idea to pursue the most neutral position, which is that of a device with the best possible power supply. I will give below some suggestions to eliminate in my opinion the risks due to the suppression of the physical fuse with the electronic one.
I waited a break-in of a hundred hours before moving on to a critical listening of the results obtained. Not only were the changes already convincing, but there was further obvious room for progress with the graphene sluggo version. After swapping the old Synergestic fuses (orange and purple in my case) for the swisse fuses with the gold sluggoes, I caught a better homogenization between the two frequency bands in the bi-amplification. Another rather noticeable nuance emerged in the spatial delineation of instruments, particularly voices. The previous fuses seemed to enhance the midrange or treble depending on the model, but at the expense of the edges of the instruments and voices, which found themselves no longer placed in a delimited space relative to other voices or instruments. In other words, it seemed to me that in the old fuses the greater efficiency was achieved at the expense of the separation and contours of the elements on the soundstage being less precise. With some recordings, such as Pergolesi's Stabat mater in Abbado's recording, the voices of Margaret Marshall and Lucia Valentini Terrani are now better separated and more similar to the reference obtained in headphones. With the graphene sluggoes the whole range and in particular the basses have improved in articulation, speed and in the case of the basses have become tighter and more dynamic. Very often we remedy one of these degradations by unbalancing other parameters. In other words, we correct an alleged imbalance by introducing other imbalances in a chain of errors that balance each other out. The temptation, needless to say, is to proceed with the elimination of the other bottlenecks, wallet permitting.
A word of advice to finish up : in the use of fused swisse in amplifiers or other devices with stand-bye set-up precautions are to be considered. Due to the fact that swisse fuses take a few seconds before the green light comes on making the defense of your hi-fi devices effective, following a blackout of the mains or home electrical panel, the stand-bye position could result in power arriving before the electronic fuse is activated. I therefore recommend that you take the precaution of turning the device off, wait for the light to change to green before putting it on standby.
Thank you in any case to Mark and his team for the pleasure this new listening brings me.

Very pleased with the Graphene Sluggo. Not fully cooked yet and might take a while longer as I don't leave my amp powered up, but the easiest way to put it is smooth with an increase of information. Pleased enough that I will be ordering for the rest of my gear in the near future.
WOW! 💥 I added the Main Stream unit first. After a good amount of break-in time, I started hearing the backgrounds in the music sound quieter. Instruments are a bit more focused in their own space. A subtle but noticeable improvement overall. Now I decided to try out the SnubWay. 48 hours in, no real change in things. Fast forward to about 500 hours of being in my stereo system (with the MainStream still in place) and I cannot believe what I am hearing! I have a much bigger soundstage right-to-left and the same for depth front-to-back. There's a greater separation of instruments & voices and yet there's more layering and detail in between. Anyone who cares about their music and optimizing the way your stereo sounds needs to contact Mark L. Schifter at Vera-Fi Audio. Of course, YMMV in your system. Tell Mark that I sent you!

Fantastic. Amplifier producing bigger sound stage and instrument separation. More resolution but not harsh. Less tense, more musical. Makes me want to listen.
This is my second Snubwayand I have had one for my audio system and it made an audible improvement. This second one is for my new tv and soundbar. Again a visual and audible improvement. Smoother clearer sound and sharper and clearer picture. Well worth the modest cost. Highly recommended!
Include instruction to handle graphene sluggo with minimum contact when installing
With so many portable plug-in noise filters on the market, some of which I have tried and implemented in my system(s), I was leery of the SnubWay but decided to give it a try. I was not too impressed at first when implemented in my 2nd system as it caused an upper frequency glare when placed in the outlets in the listening room. With some experimentation, it became clear that placement was the key to extracting its full potential with one place being most effective and that was in the dining area where we have our laptops. Placing a SnubWay on that circuit had a substantial improvement on the systems resolution and noise floor. Unplugging the laptops was also shown to reveal additional reduction in noise. Highly recommended but experimenting with placement in one's home is key to extracting its full potential.
I have had the Snubway and Main Stream plugged in my system for about 2 weeks days now. On the first day I was not blown away by what I was hearing. I did notice some improvement in clarity and reduction in noise floor, but it kind of left me feeling underwhelmed.
Fast forward to three days later and when I sat down to listen I was like "Wow". Something had changed for the better - by a lot. I was now hearing much more clarity and the reduced noise floor allowed me to hear more low level detail in recordings. I noticed for the first time room ambience in some jazz recordings that I had not picked up on before and the music overall seemed to reach out and pull me in more than it had previously.
I tried various positions for the devices and for now have settled on the Snubway being in the duplex outlet that my power conditioner is plugged into and having the Main Stream plugged into the first outlet on my power conditioner. This configuration was recommended by Vera-fi and seemed to work best for me. When I removed either one of the devices the result was less than when using both.
Mark from Vera-Fi was very helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommended to try.
In a nut shell: Snubway and Mainstream combination has cleaned my audio as much the best painting with excellent details and texture covered with dust for years comes to life when the dust is cleaned. Picture hasn't changed, its the appearance that is now more appealing. Just this way these devices makes music pop up.
I wouldn't give what has improved on which of the track, because every track sounded awesome, very detailed to me. I don't want to leave it to your imagination rather wanted you to experience it.
While some may consider the effect to being bright due to increased resolution, but truly that is how probably your system with good power supposed to sound.
There may be several other products with similar offerings and if you have time to experiment, fine try your best fit, otherwise these are real stuff at a very affordable price. And if you are a person like me, would spend time enjoying the music then think no further, just add Snubway and Mainstream. Mostly you will not regret with your decision.
I would say buy it, plug it, sit back and relax for a week and then thank yourself for the decision to buy it otherwise avail the 30 day money back guarantee. Whatever don't decide to unplug it without running atleast for 100+ hours, 10 days to the best.
Detailed review:
Friends if you have time read thru the entire review to get a feel of my experience.
I am a real person, an audiophile, paid purchaser of the products, not a reviewer paid or affiliated to any publication nor have any affiliation with the product(s) or the company nor here to influence your decision.
My setup has power conditioner (Synergistic Research Powercell SX) and multiple power enhancers (from High Fidelity cables, Add-Powr Sorcer 4 and Synergistic Research various products) including the well acclaimed power cords (Synergistic Research SRX and Galileo) that are supposed to eliminate noise. Absolutely no product using SMPS, only LPS from Sean Jacob and Farad even on network devices including modem, router and all network switches in the chain. All external PSUs use Core power technologies Diamond xtreme power cords. And most importantly the entire audio network is on a seperate circuit with 30A breaker on its own. I was very happy with my setup.
In my interactions Mark recommended to try Snubway. I mentioned to him I already have several power enhancers in my setup and will these really add or do anything different. Mark very confidently responded, based on what his customers experiences was it will, give it a try. I very reluctantly ordered to give it a try, not because they are expensive but because of the efforts and time involved to spend on it.
Here's the summary of my experience:
Upon plugging Snubway and Mainstream to the main power receptacle that feeds the entire system, I heard something different happening.
At first the change I heard was in the lower frequencies, which was also my observation with most other products that are made of pure copper. The experience was OK as it isn't the final state, results can go either side after few hours of listening. The best part even at this stage is nothing is added or removed, I could enjoy music as before.
Day 2 (after 30hrs+), I haven't heard what my experience has been the first few hours of plugging in. Music seems to be sounding more closer to how it was before adding these devices, but a little more details poping out from a very far off distance. Day 3 thru 5 (36hrs to 100hrs), gradual improvement especially tigher bass compared to the previous days as well as details popping out closer as it aged connected and powered. I don't shut my audio equipment, leave them on always except when away for more than a day or bad weather conditions.
I usually play audio at moderately higher volumes especially when recordings are too good and wanted to enjoy every detail. At about 100hrs+ of use, due to an unavoidable situation I had to play music at considerably lower volume, almost 2-3db down from my normal listening volumes all that day. Interestingly, in my listenings that day I never felt a need to raise volume even for those existing moments. Every detail popped up crystal clear, just like how a painting would show cleaning dust from it. Imagining and soundstage from my original audio equipment is unaltered, just the stress is relieved.
As days passed it just added more excitement forcing me to listen again every track I previously enjoyed. At this stage I decide to go back to earlier setup, so, unplugged both Snubway and Mainstream from the chain. I could hear the difference immediately, but this time felt it a bit dull.
Not being sure, to double verify whether it is a placebo effect or real, plugged Snubway and Mainstream into my multi-channel HT. My HT setup too is equally powered with power conditioner, enhancers and power cords similar to audio setup. Surprisingly, same impact on audio there too and interestingly video improved to a gr...

Purchased two of these. One for my integrated amp and one for my DAC. In the end, floored by what it did for the amp, opening up the air, solidified the bass kick and added lower mid-range weight. My DAC was another story, sound got hard edged and a little too shouty for my tastes. Another reviewer stated that someone may or may not like what it does. So, as the title suggests, take the time to listen to what it does before making a judgment. That said, another 5 stars for Mark at team at Vera-Fi. Answers email questions quickly, fought through the CA fires, and still did their best to take care of customers.
This is an excellent purchase for the price. It added the additional bass I was looking for and has its own volume and bass dials to adjust to your taste.
Marvellous. It’s improved the sense that even at higher listening volumes, I can still hold a conversation with someone next to me. Less wall of sound, more clarity. A nice improvement indeed. Once you hear it, you can’t “unhear” it :)
I have 2 Caldera 12 subs. My wife think they look great and I love the sound of them. They blend so seamlessly with my Spatial Audio open baffle speakers. My only issue is with the auto on/ off…. It cuts off too quickly when no signal is present while the music is playing and then it cuts back on when signal is present while the music is playing… the problem is the switching on/off is audible. It distracts from the illusion of musicians playing in front of me. Of course I just leave them on now for a work around. Other than that it is a great piece of equipment that I am proud to own… to say nothing of its price/ value and quality. It sets it apart from a lot of budget subs and on par with the best
